Welcome to the Milkint Building!

The three-story building at 172 Spruce Street was built by the Milkint brothers in 1905 as a general store for the fast-growing coal town of Thomas, West Virginia. The first floor was used as a shop until the mid-1960s. It then sat empty for almost half a century, until we bought the building in 2016 and carefully started renovating the two retail units and the apartments above.
