All apartments have original hardwood floors, and where possible, the original lath and plaster walls and wainscoting have been preserved. Doors with transom windows, ornate door knobs, and other historic details add to the building’s turn-of-the-century charm. Two apartments feature restored claw foot bathtubs, and all have restored sinks that are original to the building. All apartments have brand-new appliances, including dishwashers, and the two-bedroom apartments feature washers and dryers in the units.

The building has been insulated with high-end, environmentally-friendly insulation and new, energy-efficient windows have been installed in each apartment. The apartments have hydronic heating and the heating cost is included in the rent.
