The west-facing living and dining rooms feature original wainscoting with beautiful bay windows in the living room. The spacious kitchen has modern appliances, including dishwasher and washer and dryer. The kitchen, which has windows facing south and west, features custom-made cabinets and all-new appliances, including a dishwasher. Original doors with transom windows and hardwood floors throughout the apartment preserve the apartment’s charm. The apartment complies with the Standards for Accessible Design outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act. The bathroom has an all-new, vintage-style tile floor, a refurbished vintage sink, a refurbished vintage claw foot bathtub, and a tiled shower with a vintage-style showerhead. The apartment features original doors with transom windows and hardwood floors throughout. The two bedrooms both face west, offering views of downtown and the river. The smaller bedroom has a queen-size bed and a loft with space for a full bed. The larger bedroom has a king-size bed, mid-century furniture, and a loft offering additional work space. The apartment has a large storage area with a washer and dryer. The space is fully furnished with a mix of new and antique furniture and beautiful artwork. The large display windows in the front let in lots of light and offer an attractive entrance to the space. The space features 14-foot ceilings and original hardwood floors throughout. The two commercial spaces, A and B, are connected by a large arched doorway and can be combined into one space, or rented separately with the archway closed off.  The two commercial spaces share restrooms and have independent access to offices and storage areas. Hydronic heating ensures the space is comfortable year-round.

Perfect for any retail business, this 1,000-square-foot commercial space features original built-in shelves and counters on three walls, a 1901 stove as a centerpiece, and a charming, original safe. The historic business licenses, still tacked to the wall, offer a glimpse of the goods offered by the general store that first occupied the space in the early 1900s.

The smaller of the two commercial spaces, this 800-square-foot space features original built-in shelves on two walls, and a large original counter. The space has 14-foot ceilings and original hardwood floors throughout.
